When we cannot hold it. These are the numbers we work to and hit in the ordinary course. An exceptional volume spike, an instrument down for service, or a sample that arrives in a condition we have to query can push a run past them. If that happens on your work you will hear it from us early, with a date — not silence and a late certificate.

What priority buys, and what it does not. It buys position in the queue — that is the whole product, and it is real. It does not touch the result. The method is the same, the acceptance criteria are the same, and a member's sample that fails is reported as a failure exactly like anyone else's. We do not re-run a sample hoping for a better number, for members or for anyone. If that is what you are shopping for, we are the wrong laboratory.
