Verification

Verify a Certificate of Analysis

Enter the access code from an Axiom certificate — or search by company name — to confirm it is authentic and see the results exactly as we released them. No account, no login, no charge.

Printed below the QR code in the header of your certificate, and again beside the signature block in the footer.

Demonstration. The live register goes online with the laboratory. Try AXK7QD3W, AXM4TRVN or AXQ3PYFH — or search for Northline.
Tamper check

Is your copy of the PDF the one we released?

Drop your downloaded certificate below. Your browser computes its fingerprint and compares it against our register. The file never leaves your computer — the hashing happens entirely on this page.

Want to see it work? Download our signed sample certificate, drop it in, and you get a green match. Then open it in any PDF editor, change one character, save it, and drop it in again — it will not match, and your PDF reader will also warn you the signature is broken.

How verification works

01

Find your code

Eight characters, printed in the header of every Axiom certificate directly beneath the QR code, and repeated in the footer next to the analyst signature.

02

Enter it, or just scan

Your phone camera opens the verification page directly from the QR code. Nothing to install, nothing to sign into.

03

See what we released

Report number, compound, issue date, the vial photograph, and every reported result with a pass or fail against specification — permanently, exactly as issued.

Why this matters

A certificate you cannot check is not evidence.

Certificates carrying real laboratories' names — for tests those laboratories never ran — circulate freely in this market. Public, permanent, no-login verification is the only thing that separates a result from a graphic.

ImmutableUnique verification ID per sample. Results cannot be edited after release; corrections are issued as a new linked revision.
PhotographicThe vial we tested, photographed at intake and printed on the certificate.
BrandedBusiness accounts get a verification page carrying their own identity, plus bulk QR files for labelling.
Document security

Our certificates announce it when they have been altered.

No PDF anywhere can be made uneditable — anyone can screenshot a document and rebuild it. What a certificate can do is make tampering obvious. Ours does, four ways.

01

Digitally signed

Every certificate carries a certifying signature. Change one bit and your own PDF reader tells you the document has been altered — no training, no plugin, no action required from you.

02

Encrypted & flattened

AES-256 with editing permissions denied and no live form fields. On its own that is strippable — but stripping it breaks the signature, which is the point.

03

Fingerprinted

The SHA-256 of the exact file we released is published on this page. Drop your copy into the checker above and compare it yourself in one click.

04

Backed by the register

The certificate is a receipt. The register is the record. Edit the PDF all you like — the QR on the same page still resolves to what we actually found.

The rule worth remembering. Never treat a PDF as evidence, from us or from anyone. Scan the code. A certificate that cannot be checked against an independent register is a picture of a certificate.
For business accounts

Verification as infrastructure.

If you sell a product, the QR on your label should resolve to a page that looks like your brand and shows results a stranger can trust. Axiom business accounts get a branded verification page and bulk QR code downloads — auto-named files your fulfilment team or print partner can match to lots without a spreadsheet.

If a code does not resolve.

It means one of two things: the code was mistyped, or the certificate did not come from us. Either way, tell us. We log attempted verifications against certificates we never issued, and we act on forgeries carrying our name.
