HPLC tells you how pure it is. Mass spectrometry tells you what it is. A purity figure on its own is a percentage of something unidentified. Both are in all three of our packages, at one price, always — there is no version of an Axiom certificate that reports purity without confirming what the compound actually is.
Every sample is photographed at accessioning, before anything is opened, and that image is printed on the certificate. It ties the document to a physical object. It is the part of a certificate that cannot be fabricated from a template, and almost nobody in this market does it.
Each COA carries an eight-character access code and a QR that resolves to a permanent public record. Your customer scans it with a phone camera and sees what we found. No app, no login, no charge. We also publish the file's SHA-256 fingerprint, so anyone can prove the PDF in their hands is the one we issued and not an edited copy.
Cross-border intake is designed in, not treated as an awkward exception. We handle the Canadian customs side, we quote in USD at a fixed rate rather than a daily conversion, and services supplied to a non-resident are zero-rated — no GST, HST or QST on a US order.
The clock starts the day your parcel arrives and is accessioned at our bench — not the day you order, and not counting transit. Priority is three business days, express is forty-eight hours. Compendial sterility under USP <71> takes fourteen calendar days and we will not shorten it or pretend to.

Our accreditation status is "ISO/IEC 17025:2017 — in progress." That is what it is, and we publish it that way rather than implying more. If you are handed a certificate anywhere in this market, it is worth checking which version of 17025 is being cited — the 2005 edition was withdrawn in 2017, and it still turns up.
We do not test hormone products or controlled substances. HGH, hCG, hMG, testosterone and its esters, anabolic steroids and anything scheduled under the CDSA are refused at intake. The order form screens for them before you can pay.
Results are for research and quality-control use only. An Axiom certificate is not a marketing authorisation, a health product licence, a DIN, an NPN or an FDA clearance, and it never says otherwise. A document that claims more than the instruments found is worth less, not more.
