The obvious question

Why send an American sample to Canada?

Three reasons, and none of them is patriotism.

Accreditation that travels

The Standards Council of Canada is a signatory to the ILAC mutual recognition arrangement. Under it, an SCC-accredited certificate is treated as equivalent inside the United States — your auditor accepts it the way they accept an A2LA one.

Independence you can check

We do not manufacture, import, distribute or sell peptides, and hold no interest in any company that does. Several US labs in this space are one corporate step from a vendor. We are not, and never will be.

A certificate that survives scrutiny

Access code, QR, a photograph of your vial, and a published SHA-256 so anyone can prove the PDF has not been altered. That is a different class of document from a purity number in a JPEG.

Cross-border, done properly

How your sample gets here — and what happens to it

This is the part other labs are vague about. Here is the whole mechanism.

You ship as exporter of record
Order online, get your Axiom order number and the shipping address. Any courier with international service. Order number on the outside, packing slip inside.
Declare it accurately
Declare the material honestly and at real value. Under-declaring works right up until a shipment is referred for inspection — and then it is your name on the referral, not ours.
We clear it into Canada
We import under temporary entry, tariff item 9993.00.00, and provide the Canadian-side documentation. You do not file anything on this end.
We test it in Montréal
Accessioned, photographed, and on the bench. Seven business days standard, three on priority, forty-eight hours on express.
The remainder is destroyed
Sample remainder is destroyed on completion with documented evidence. That satisfies the temporary-import condition and means nothing is re-imported into the US.
Results come back as data
A PDF crosses no border and clears no customs. Your certificate lands in your inbox and your portal the moment it is released.

What we will not accept.

Scheduled substances and precursors under the Controlled Drugs and Substances Act. Import permits for controlled material carry a forty-five day lead time, which cannot coexist with a seven-day service.

We also do not test HGH or somatropin, hCG, hMG, testosterone or its esters, other anabolic hormones, gonadotropins, or botulinum toxin — at any price.

Our intake form screens sample names live and stops you before you ship, which is considerably cheaper than a rejection at the border.

On accreditation claims generally. Several laboratories in this category advertise ISO 17025 without naming an accrediting body or a certificate number. One of the larger ones publishes a machine-readable facts file that quietly contradicts its own marketing. When accreditation matters to you, ask for the certificate number and the accreditor's directory link — from us as much as from anyone.

Distance is not the constraint

Montréal is closer than you think.

An hour from the New York and Vermont borders, two from Toronto, and on every major courier's overnight network from the eastern seaboard. Most American samples reach our bench faster than they would reach a lab three states away by ground.
